The basis of a microchip and/or solar cell consists of a crystalline substrate. Silicon material is generally accepted for both industries.
The purity requirements for the production of such substrates (wafer) are constantly rising and are a crucial factor for the success of the entire process chain.
Puerstinger High Purity System supplies and installs chemical systems starting from the crystal growing process up to the finished wafer. Our product range for this sector covers from engineering, over the piping construction, chemical distribution and waste disposal, also polishing systems and fully automatic wet processing units.
