Supply Systems

IBC

For the safe supply of ultrapure chemicals at high flow rates, we recommend PUE Systems’ “IBC Chemical Supply” system. It uses two IBC containers, each with a capacity of 1,000 liters, housed in two separate compartments.

This system ensures maximum safety during container changeovers while maintaining uninterrupted supply to the second compartment. Thanks to two pumps, both loop and single-line supply are possible. An additional day tank is not strictly necessary.
