Technical process equipment
Our latest addition is the construction of fully automated wet processing systems for wafer production, the semi-conductor industry and the photo-voltaic branch. On the one hand, we work at the standard commercial conditions under consideration of the requirements for purity and safety. On the other hand, we are also capable of integrating customer specific requirementes such as number of basins, design, processing and measuring technology. We deliver a system to our customers, which is tailor-made to their cleaning-, textural-, wet etch- or combination-processes.
We provide tools for the transition from the manual process of development in the automated manufacturing process. The systems includes a programmable receipe management including data storage. They are suitable for the processing of wafers up to 300 mm and silicon for the solar industry.
