For developing new processes and for small-scale production, manually operated wet benches are used. These specialized workstations include an integrated perforated plate with exhaust and are available in various equipment configurations. The customer chooses what is needed.

Manual Wet Benches

Our manual wet benches, made of plastic or stainless steel, can be equipped with electrically conductive perforated work surfaces. They offer a range of options including rinse basins, heating plates, ultrasonic baths, spin coaters, spin dryers, DI water and nitrogen spray nozzles, eye showers, vacuum tweezers, and more. They can also be flush-mounted to the cleanroom ceiling.
